Quarter Park Management services all types of condominium corporations, including townhouse, apartment and bare-land in Calgary and Area Properties.

Danielle Paul

Danielle Paul
(Partner)

Danielle is shrewd in business and savvy in design. She is a designer, real estate expert and property manager. Her passion as an entrepreneur is evident in the many businesses, she has her hands in. Holding 20 years' experience as CEO, of the successful Design Firm, Designers Edge, and then expanding to include Ateliers Jacob Calgary under that umbrella, she is a visionary leader and strong advocate for woman in business.

Her mind is flexible and creative, allowing new ideas to flow and offering a progressive approach to both Condominium and Property Management, which she holds a partner's position in both Quarter Park Management and Westfolio Properties.

Danielle wholeheartedly believes in the principles of positivity, manifestation, and teamwork, and attributes those fundamentals to her success. She brings all that and her acute business skills to Quarter Park Management to ensure its success for their clients.

Jason Ager

Jason Ager
(Partner & Community Manager)

Jason brings a wealth of both business and home building knowledge with him to Quarter Park Management. With over thirty years' experience in architectural design and home building, he has led award winning teams focused on excellence in customer service. Through his years of business experience combined with his MBA studies, Jason's strength in business systems, financial management and transformational leadership provide Quarter Park with well-rounded capabilities to satisfy our clients' needs. In addition to his business experience, Jason remains involved in social improvement through volunteering in both community and professional boards and participation in sports programs.

Norm Barron

Norm Barron
(Partner & Community Manager)

Norm has an impressive and diverse portfolio, bringing with him over forty years of managerial experience. Norm has worked as a managing director in property management - He has successfully managed several International humanitarian and business projects, offers management consultation and operates a non-profit foundation in Calgary. He is known for his strong work ethic and reliable business practices.

Jairo Sanchez

Jairo Sanchez
(Partner & Team Leader & Community Manager)

Jairo brings 10 years of experience in finance, banking, and investments – all highly regulated industries where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are key. As a licensed Investments Professional at one of Canada's major banks, Jairo traded well over $100 million per year of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and foreign currencies in both Canadian and U.S. markets. His vast experience processing transactions, analyzing data, and reporting helps Quarter Park and all its managed properties to stay on top of their accounting and financial matters. After graduating from the University of Calgary with a B.A in Economics in 2013, he focused his efforts on helping his family relocate and settle here in Canada.

His effort to build relationships with clients, training staff, negotiating contracts with vendors, and overall financial planning has been a key ingredient to the company's success. Jairo's strong leadership and passion for excellence made him Quarter Park's newest partner.

Jairo is currently licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta in Property Management and Condominium Management. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary, and has completed multiple courses, licenses and designations with the Canadian Securities Institute.

John-David D'Souza

John-David (JD) D'Souza
(Broker)

John-David (JD) D'Souza has a strong background in legal, accounting, finance, and analytics and brings those tools to Quarter Park to assist our clients in the regulatory, financial reporting and planning sides of condominium management. JD brings over 10 years of condominium management experience to Quarter Park encompassing every aspect of the business; from overseeing accounting and financial reporting to hands on community management and customer service. JD is licensed as a real estate and condominium management broker in Alberta and oversees the regulatory compliance aspect of Quarter Park's business to ensure that both Quarter Park and our clients are up to date with regulatory requirements. JD graduated with great distinction from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Management (Finance) and subsequently studied at and graduated with a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at the University of Calgary. JD is also a practicing lawyer in Calgary. His legal training adds an additional dimension of experience and expertise to help our clients deal with legal and regulatory issues that condominium corporations face on an ongoing basis

Kristina Wallace

Kristina Wallace
(HR Leader & Community Administrator)

Kristina brings 9 years of construction background to our team. Previously to Quarter Park, she worked as the Office Manager for a multi-family developer in Calgary overseeing all administrative and customer service aspects of the business. In addition to this, her wide range of experience in the development world includes assisting in multiple administrative tasks in the planning stage, coordinating with site supervisors during the construction phase, choosing specifications and setting up show suites in the designing stage, and even assisted the developer in the sales stage. Kristina sold over $11 million of real estate in her last year with the company. She graduated from SAIT Polytechnic in 2019 with a BBA in Human Resources. Kristina's construction background, education, customer service experience and passion for helping others allows her to approach administration tasks with knowledge, empathy and understanding.

Kelly Mclean

Kelly Mclean
(Community Manager)

Kelly is a licensed Condominium Manager that brings over 15 years of experience in high-volume building maintenance and property management. Before joining Quarter Park, Kelly worked as Maintenance Coordinator overseeing more than 3,300 units in 131 buildings across multiple cities in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. She successfully looked after all maintenance needs for properties such as rental apartments buildings, condominium complexes, townhouses, and a retail shopping centre. Not only did Kelly look after the properties, she also managed and trained staff, negotiated work with contractors, communicated with tenants, and reported back to stakeholders. Her extensive experience dealing with thousands of residents, contractors, and business partners has made Kelly an expert problem solver and relationship builder. Her passion for great customer service and finding solutions makes Kelly a great fit for the Quarter Park team and a property manager you can count on.

Indiana Barbosa

Indiana Barbosa
(Community Administrator)

Indiana joins Quarter Park with an impressive background in office and project administration. She brings over 19 years of working experience as an executive administrative professional at world-renowned international organizations such as the Peace Corps and the United Nations. She personally assisted several National and Regional Representatives completing a long list of government projects and other diplomatic affairs. Indiana also served as President of the United Nations' Staff Council Association and successfully advocated on behalf of staff to end a 5-year salary freeze. After moving her family to Calgary 7 years ago, Indiana worked as Project Coordinator for a management and data services company serving some of the largest agricultural companies in Canada and the U.S. Over the last 4 years, she has consistently volunteered her time working with vulnerable populations at in Calgary. Indiana's commitment to helping others and extensive administrative experience makes her a great addition to our team.

Banmeet Kaur

Banmeet Kaur
(Senior Financial Officer)

Banmeet has a true passion for accounting and customer service. She proudly completed her Diploma in Accounting from Bow Valley College in 2019 and is now pursuing her Degree at SAIT. Over the last 4 years, Banmeet assisted many different charities, foundations, and other not-for-profit organizations with all their accounting needs, such as general bookkeeping, budgets, financial reporting and audits. She also assisted some of these organizations with the administrative work to successfully secure government funding. Banmeet has a track-record of excelling in anything she does. Her attention to detail and passion for numbers drives her to do her work more efficiently and effectively. When she has time, she has gives back to the community by volunteering as an English and math tutor to kids ages 4-13. We are grateful to have her on our team.

Tracy Ward Sickel

Tracy has lived many lives in a short period of time. From her early years as a child, living on the coast of British Columbia fishing, playing on the beach, driving boats to ranch life in 100 Mile House to Kelowna and then settling in Calgary in 2001. Tracy is always very motivated to learn and experience life while motivating or inspiring others. She has worked in many different industries including hotel management, oil and gas, human resources and most recently a 15 year span in the Yoga and Fitness industry running her own business. When COVID hit, it was a time of deep reflection, a change of sightline to another passion - Condominium Management. Tracy is very excited to join the team at Quarter Park Management and is passionate about helping people live in their most expensive, emotionally purchased space in the most efficient way possible.

When not working or teaching Yoga or Lagree, Tracy can be found travelling, camping, hiking, biking, running, swimming with her 3 girls, Jayda, Shelby and Brooklyn and her very loving, patient husband Braxton.

Carlos Montes

Carlos Montes
(Community Manager)

Carlos brings over 15 years of experience in real estate where he dedicated his time and energy helping clients find their new homes. Carlos was always mindful that a real estate purchase is not just a home, but also a large and significant financial investment. He put in the extra effort to truly understand his clients' needs in order to find the ideal home. In addition to his years as a licensed real estate professional, Carlos worked in the construction industry for 8 years where he gained a better perspective on the physical well-being of a property. Carlos has a successful track-record and his passion for excellence has been recognized with numerous awards. This includes the Silver, Gold, and Platinum Awards with CIR Realty, as well as Rookie of the Year, Million Dollar Award and the 100% Club with REMAX. On his spare time, Carlos enjoys spending time with family, traveling, writing, photography and expanding his real estate expertise.

Sindy Sarmiento

Sindy Sarmiento
(Senior Financial Officer)

Sindy brings over 15 years of experience in project management, marketing, finances, and accounting. While working for two of Colombia's largest supply chain companies, she participated in the planning and execution of strategies aimed at achieving good use of resources and cost management. This work resulted in a significant increase to productivity, customer satisfaction, and competitive edge in the market. Sindy also worked in the marketing department where she focused on maintaining and improving the company's brand and developed their sales strategies. After relocating to Canada in 2016, she started working for one of the largest industrial safety solution providers in North America for the oil and gas industry. She gained valuable experience working shoulder to shoulder with the operations team allocating human resources efficiently and effectively. Sindy is passionate about helping her clients make real-time decisions through data analysis and effective graphical representation.

Jenn Hill

Jenn Hill
(Community Administrator)

Highly motived and energetic, Jenn brings a warm and exciting energy to her team. Jenn brings over 13 years of both residential and commercial property management experience, along with nearly 20 years of customer service to the Quarter Park team. Working for one of the largest commercial property management companies, Jenn coordinated maintenance and dispatches for 20 properties while managing dispatches with over 100 vendors. She assisted in leading a team of 10-20 employees to bring service to over 10,000 customers per day. Born and raised in Calgary, you can often find Jenn cheering on the Stamps, Flames and Roughnecks or enjoying the Stampede events. She also has a heart for charity and enjoys participating in local events such as the Walk for MS, the Mother's Day Run & Walk, and assisting with children's charities such as the Alberta Children's Hospital, and the Hitman's Teddy-Bear Toss.

Chris Gonzalez

With more than 6 years of customer service experience in the condominium industry, Christopher's background in law enforcement brings a heightened sense of ethics to his daily work. In his role as an onsite manager, he has successfully overseen various large-scale projects, skillfully managing communication between residents and vendors to guarantee the delivery of services at the highest standard. Christopher's commitment is evident as he assists over 50 residents daily, ensuring that each client departs feeling well-cared-for. Outside of work, Christopher dedicates his spare time to volunteering at his church, cherishing moments with his family, and engaging in off-roading adventures with his Jeep.

Mary Carole Hanke

Mary Carole is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of diverse experience in the energy sector, construction, and property management. Her multifaceted career has seen her excel in various roles including procurement, quality coordination, office management and administrative assistance. Mary Carole's expertise extends to coordinating maintenance for a portfolio of over 100 leased properties, showcasing her commitment to operational excellence.

Known for her exceptional communication skills, Mary Carole actively prioritizes listening to residents' concerns and works diligently to find effective resolutions that will address their needs and enhance their living experience.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Mary Carole has generously volunteered her time on the Board of Directors for her condominium community, demonstrating a passion for contributing to the well-being of her local environment.

Valentina Sarmiento

Valentina Sarmiento
(Community Financial Officer)

Valentina brings over a decade of experience in diverse professional arenas. Born with a natural inclination towards understanding and helping others, she embarked on her career after earning a degree in psychology.

She worked closely with university students in Colombia, providing guidance through the challenges of academic life. Her compassionate approach and dedication laid the foundation for subsequent roles in the field of mental health, particularly in palliative care for the elderly, where she focused on addressing the unique psychological needs of this vulnerable population.

Upon immigrating to Canada, she transitioned into the role of Early Childhood Educator. Yet, her career trajectory took an unexpected turn when she discovered her passion for enhancing workplace dynamics within the retail industry. She found her niche in supporting management through effective training and communication strategies, fostering an environment that led to increased employee satisfaction and retention.

In a bold move, she ventured into the world of finance and accounting. This transition marked a pivotal point in her career, as she dived into the complexities of invoicing, budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.

Her experiences in psychology, education, retail, and finance have shaped her into a dynamic professional capable of navigating diverse landscapes. As she continues to evolve, Valentina remains driven by her innate passion for service and an unrelenting pursuit of excellence in every endeavor she undertakes.

Misha MacKinnon

Misha brings over a decade of experience in the cabinet industry to Quarter Park, having worked his way up from a service technician to a Field Supervisor and eventually serving as a warranty manager for a reputable Calgary homebuilder. With a keen eye for design, an obsession for clean lines and a dedication to organization, Misha firmly believes that all systems and process are continually evolving.

Driven by his fascination with woodworking and the joy of "building something with his hands", Misha not only appreciates the physical aspects of construction, but also enjoys working closely with people. He takes pride in establishing genuine connections, both in his professional and personal life, leveraging his on-site experience to comprehend the intricacies of physical building and the collaborative nature of working with various contractors. Originally hailing from BC, Misha has made Calgary his home, relishing the blend of big city vibes with a small-town feel.

During his leisure time, Misha indulges his love for playing the guitar and cherishes moments spent with his family. As a self-proclaimed socialite, he eagerly engages with his team and actively participates in his community, firmly believing that positive change begins at home.
